Meditations

Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness is meditation. "Watching your breath" is meditation; listening to the birds is meditation. As long as these activities are free from any other distraction to the mind, it is effective meditation. Meditation means 'a cessation of the thought process'. It describes a state of consciousness, when the mind is free of scattered thoughts and various patterns. While there are many different methods of meditation, the end goal for all of the methods leads to a mind that is quieted and free from stress by the use of quiet contemplation and reflection.

The purpose of meditation is to connect to your 'true self' to help you live more conscious life.

Option 1 - Healing Meditation

This short guided meditation helps you bring in a golden healing light to help you heal, and strengthen you. In addition it helps you activate your own healing abilities that we all possess within us. You can use this guided meditation when you’re sick, or after a surgery or simply when feeling ‘under the weather’ for no apparent reason.

This simple guided meditation takes on a different approach to clear and balance your chakras. In order to balance ourselves we don’t always have to revisit the emotions and memories that have been stored in our energy centers in order to release them. I found this meditation to be a powerful tool that I use regularly myself. It gives me a great insight into what my centers look like and which ones I need to pay attention to. Used regularly, you will notice gentle shifts in your life. As you change and balance inwards, your life will change and balance outwards.
