Training In Becoming a Practitioner
One of our goals is to be involved in training for various therapies in complementary medicine area. We have launched training in UHI Energy Therapy where we combined Bio-Energy Therapy and Reiki into one course. We also have launched Reiki courses for Level I, Level II and Master/Teacher Program.
All programs promise to be intensive and will require your keen attention and commitment to learning, as we take you through a number of stages of personal development that will help you achieve your full potential and bring balance to your life. At the conclusion of the program you will have developed a myriad of skills necessary to begin practicing as a qualified Bio-Energy and/or Reiki Practitioner.
We have great teachers for these courses and they are excited to work with you and prepare you for a future in bio-energy/reiki work. Whether your interests in these courses lie in personal development only, you are considering a career in bio-energy or Reiki work, or you want to expand upon your current training, we are confident you will find these courses interesting, challenging and enriching.
Bio-Energy Therapy
UHI Energy Therapy Certification Course (Combining Bio-Energy Therapy and Reiki)
UHI Energy Therapy course is about the student's self-development process. Past students view their training as profoundly thought-shifting and life-enhancing. Through the process of working with the seven chakras, the subconscious is brought into consciousness and healing commences at a cellular level. This training becomes a transitional period as old, often forgotten emotions resurface to be addressed. Students are taught how to recognize and process this trapped mental or emotional energy to release it from their energy field. As their energy fields clear, the student's ability to hold energy increases, as do their healing skills. Bio-energy and Reiki techniques are taught from day one and students are able to instantly affect positive changes in another's energy field. They are encouraged to practice on their friends and family as the more they practice, the stronger their sensitivity to energy becomes thus enhancing their healing abilities. Students will learn about the Universal Laws and Sub-laws to bring full awareness on how they work thus helping them build the life they want. Also, full counseling weekend is part of the training with a professional Counselor in order to learn to cope with client's emotional and mental blockages.
This course is one year long and is being held one weekend a month with the exception of first and last month where there is two weekends training to give students a strong start and affirmation in developing personal as well as professional skills.
Reiki Level I
Reiki Level I - "Reiki and You" Certification Course
Reiki Level I is dedicated to help students build a strong foundation in working with and understanding energy. The majority of the training is focused on developing skills that will help the students work on themselves thus clearing any blockages they might have to raise their vibration and restore their health to a higher level. During the course students will learn two self-treatment techniques, how to clear a space using Reiki. Work with animals and plants to help them improve/maintain higher level of well being. Also, students will learn grounding techniques, and daily meditations. This course is geared towards self-care, making sure students are well looked after and are able to integrate all the skills they learn into every day life.
This course is four weeks long and is being held on either weeknights or weekends. Giving students opportunity to grasp better understanding of energy work as well as experiencing the energy through working on themselves. Students will receive four attunements.

Reiki Level II
Reiki Level II - "Reiki And Others" Certification Course
Reiki Level II is dedicated to expand on the teachings of Level I course. It is mandatory to complete Level I before registering for Level II. This course is focusing on developing excellent Practitioner skills to help students work with clients once they graduate from this course. During the training, students will learn Reiki techniques that will help their clients with various ailments. They will learn three Reiki Symbols helping them enhance the flow of Reiki energy as well as focusing energy for specific purposes. Students will learn distant healing techniques, how to move through time and space. Also, they will learn various ways in how to use Reiki symbols in every day life. Students are encouraged to practice self-treatment on a daily basis, integrating all the tools they have learned into their daily life, which in turn will help them work through their blockages, raising their body vibration to higher level, thus helping them become effective practitioners. The course is geared more towards experience, growth and expansion of students as future practitioners. Business building information will be part of this course to help the students to get a head start once they graduate. Submission of six case studies as well as verbal examination is part of this training program in order for the students to graduate and receive certification.
This course is four weeks long and is being held on either weeknights or weekends. Follow up support sessions will take place once a month.
Reiki - Master/ Teacher level
Reiki – Master/Teacher Certification Course
To qualify for this course the individual has to complete Levels I and II, additionally have minimum two years of experience as a Reiki Practitioner. If you are planning on practicing Reiki as a profession and not thinking of training others, level I and II is sufficient to help you become a successful Practitioner. This level helps you in becoming a Teacher of Reiki. The training is one year long, with one on one basis, where student meets with a teacher either in person and/or connects by phone on a weekly basis. Additionally the student is required to become an assistant in Reiki classes for the duration of their training. During your training, you will learn the Master symbol, its use and purpose. You will undergo your individual healing process raising your vibration into much higher level in order to be able to hold and maintain the energy of the group being taught at any particular moment. You will learn to participate in an attunement process. At this level of training, Reiki is no longer a practice, it becomes a way of life and it requires individual’s full commitment.
At the end of your training, you will receive your Master Level certification and will be able to teach Reiki classes on your own.
